The only official way to obtain permanent residency in a single visit is through the SUACE investor program. It requires a minimum investment of $70,000 USD, starting a company, and committing to creating jobs in Paraguay. It’s mainly suitable for entrepreneurs or investors who plan to launch a real business locally.

In all other cases, you first apply for temporary residency. After 21–24 months, you can apply for permanent residency.

With our express packages (VIP, Express, or Complete), you can handle both applications (temporary now, permanent later) each during just one short visit to Asunción.
